WE BELIEVE:  That EVERY Life is Created by and Important to God

As a pro-life organization, we aim to protect the lives of the unborn. In the current political climate, we are facing an uphill battle. Even beyond Roe v. Wade, extreme and radical efforts are underway to allow for late-term abortions, removal of age restrictions for minors seeking abortion, and not requiring that health professionals resuscitate babies born alive through failed abortions. We ask all of our supporters to stay up-to-date, proactive and especially prayerful during this time of great sadness.

At the FEDERAL level:

February February 25, 2019: The Senate failed to have a 3/5 majority to approve the bill requiring healthcare professional to provide medical care in the effort to save the life of a baby born after a filed abortion.

S. 311 (Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act): The Senate failed to approve the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act.  The bill would have amended title 18, United States Code, to prohibit a health care practitioner from failing to exercise the proper degree of care in the case of a child who survives an abortion or attempted abortion.

CareNet’s Church Research Study of Women Who Have Had an Abortion and Their Views on Church
We will be discussing this information-packed study with our local church leaders on Thursday at the Leaders for Life meeting. We encourage you to share the event with the leadership at your church!

At the STATE level:

We just learned that the hearing on the ROE ACT S.1209 /H.3320 is scheduled for MONDAY JUNE 17th, at 1pm in the Gardner Auditorium at the State House. Please mark your calendars now to be there if at all possible. The media will be there in force, as will the pro-abortionists. Let’s make sure they see and hear the full extent of the pro-life movement in MA! We will post updates as we receive them!

Planned Parenthood has launched a massive campaign to support the Roe Act here in Massachusetts. The highlight of the campaign is a one page flyer titled “Abortion is Healthcare“.
